Terms of Service
These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the Cosmetic Saifu mobile application (the “App”). By using the App, you agree to these Terms and the Apple Licensed Application End User License Agreement (EULA).
1) The Service
Cosmetic Saifu provides tools to save, manage, and organize cosmetic product information. Access to certain features may require a paid subscription.
2) Accounts & Security
- You are responsible for safeguarding your login credentials.
- We utilize Row Level Security (RLS) to ensure you only access your own data; however, you must not attempt to circumvent these security measures.
- You agree to provide accurate information and maintain the security of your account.
3) Your Content
You retain ownership of any data or images you upload. You grant Cosmetic Saifu a limited, non-exclusive license to store and process this data solely to provide the App's services to you.
4) Ads & Rewards
The App may offer rewards (e.g., temporary access to features) for viewing ads. Rewards are non-transferable, have no cash value, and may be modified or revoked at any time.
5) Subscriptions & Purchases
Auto-Renewable Subscription Information:
- Payment: Payment will be charged to your iTunes Account at the time of purchase confirmation.
- Auto-Renewal: Subscription automatically renews unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period.
- Account Charging: Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period, and the cost of the renewal will be identified.
- Management: You can manage your subscription and turn off auto-renewal by going to your App Store Account Settings after purchase.
- Cancellation: You may cancel a subscription during its free trial period (if offered) via the subscription setting through your iTunes account. This must be done 24 hours before the end of the subscription period to avoid being charged.
6) External Links & Affiliate Relationships
The App may contain links to third-party websites or marketplaces, including affiliate links. When you tap a product purchase link, you may be redirected outside of the App to a third-party service.
- Cosmetic Saifu may earn a commission from qualifying purchases through affiliate programs.
- We do not control third-party websites, pricing, availability, or transactions.
- Any purchases made are governed by the third-party’s own terms and privacy policies.
7) Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Use the App for any illegal purpose.
- Attempt to decompile or reverse-engineer the App.
- Use automated systems (bots/scrapers) to extract data.
8) Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability
The App is provided "as is." Cosmetic Saifu does not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted or error-free. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect or consequential damages.
